The Department of Property and Procurement is committed and dedicated to administering a procurement system that is fair, efficient and effective for Government Departments and Agencies, the business community and the people of the Virgin Islands as mandated by the provisions of the Virgin Islands Code and all corresponding and related Virgin Islands Rules and Regulations. In addition, the Department provides leadership and support in Property Management, Transportation, Warehousing and Distribution, Mail Delivery and Printing Production to other Government Departments and Agencies.
