Pursuant to Chapter 23, Title 31, Virgin Islands Code, the Government of the Virgin Islands, through the Department of Property and Procurement, will be requesting Proposalss and/or bids and quotes for the products, goods, and services listed below. Specific deadlines and other requirements are outlined within each individual Request, and are contained within the respective document(s).
Requests For Proposalss and/or bids and quotes which are advertised on behalf of other agencies, but which are not accepted and processed by the Department of Property and Procurement, may also appear on the listing below from time to time.
The Requests For Proposals and or bids and quotes can be downloaded, printed, and used for references as needed. They are provided in PDF format so you will need to download and install an Adobe Acrobat Reader if you don’t already have one installed.

The normal procedure for obtaining a bid package (containing specific requirements, instuctions, and other related documents), is to make arrangement to physically obtain it from the Department of Property and Procurement. However, we are now providing an option for obtaining some bid packages online. We charge a nominal fee for each bid package, and that fee may be paid here online. Some packages are not as easily digitized and so must be sent by express mail. Typically, they are those with plans and blueprint drawings for construction projects. While we do include digitally reduced copies of the drawings when a package is delivered online, an original scaled copy is sent by mail. However, there is an additonal charge for shipping. All packages are sent by Federal Express or by the United States Postal service. We reserve the right to determine the shipping method. While every effort will be made to ship the packages on the next business day after the payment has been received, we have no control over the actual delivery date. Consequently, by making an online payment, you agree that you will not recieve a refund for untimely deliveries.
