How to Buy Bid Packages?
Under each announcement is a button that reads, “Click Here To Buy RFP-XXXX-XXXX Bid Package.” Clicking on the button will load the Paypal payment processor where you can log into Paypal if you already have an existing Paypal account, or you may create a new Paypal account if you do not already have one. If you already have an existing Paypal account, simply follow the normal Paypal payment procedures. If you do not have an existing Paypal account, click on the “Continue Checkout” link or button and you will be allowed to fill in the required credit card, shipping, account information. When you are finished, click on the “Agree and Continue” button.
Once the payment has been made, a confirmation page will be displayed with a button that reads “Return to the Department of Property and Procurement.” Click on the button and the Bid Package will be displayed. IMPORTANT!!! Wait for the page with the bid package to load. It can take a few minutes with large documents. Once it has loaded (displayed),save it to your computer in a location of your choice. If you do not receive your bid package for one reason or another, let us know and we will send you an email containing the bid package as an attachment.
