Procurement Rules And Regulations is a documment that contains the rules and regulations that govern the Government of the Virgin Islands procurement process. Property Related Documents And Forms
Application To Lease Real Estate is used for persons and entities to apply for leasing real estate from the Government of the Virgin Islands. If you want to lease a piece of govenment property, use this application.
Form No. P&P-PRR-1-73 (Receiving Report) is used for adding new assets to inventory. This form is used regardless of how the assets were acquired (purchased, donated, judicial process, etc.).
Form No. P&P-HUA-04-04 (Home Use Authorization) is used for assigning custody of an asset to individuals who are authorized for offsite or home uses of the asset.
Form No. P&P-TP-7-73 (Transfer of Property) is used for permanently relocating assets, or transferring custody of assets from one location/entity to another location/entity.
Form No. DPP-RPS-3-73 (Report of Survey) is used for retirement and disposition of assets.
Form No. DPP-MSP-2-08 (Missing or Stolen Property Report) is used for reporting the lost or stolen property that belongs to the Government of the Virgin Islands.
Form No. DPP-TAP-03-08 (Temporary Assignment of Property) is used when temporarily assigning property to an entity.
Transportation Related Documents And Forms
Form No. DPP-001-DT-2008 (Vehicle Auction Contract) is used to set forth the terms and conditions under which vehicles are offered for auction to the public.
Form No. DPP-003-DT-2008 (Vehicle Auction Contract Sale and Award) is used as a Bill of Sales and a Buyer/Seller certification of a completed auction sale.
Form No. DPP-002-DT-2008 (Auction Registration Card) is used to register as a participant and bid on vehicles that are placed on auction.
The Vehicle Inspection Form is used for periodically recording the condition of vehicles.
Central Stores Related Documents And Forms

The 1099 Policies and Procedures are additional guidelines for the use of Form 1099 in some special situations.
Vendor Application For Employee Reimbursement And Stipends - Use this application for the creation of vendors that are employees of the Government of the Virgin Islands. The employees must be the recipient of travel advances/settlements, education expenses reimbursements, uniform allowances, or other stipends and reimbursements. These employees are normally not in the business of selling goods or services to the government. Please indicate if a Form 1099 must be issued to this employee at year end.
Vendor Application For Social Benefits Recipients - Use this application for the creation of vendors that are the recipients of social benefits or other financial assistance from the Government of the Virgin Islands. These entities are normally not in the business of selling goods or services to the government Please indicate if a Form 1099 must be issued to this entity at year end.
Vendor Application For Regular Normal Vendors - Use this application for vendors that want to register as a goods and service provider to the Government of the Virgin Islands. The users of this application are entities that provide goods and services to the government for a fee. They are typically involved in business for a profit and expect payment for the goods and services that they provide.
Vendor Application For Changing Vendor Information - Use this application for requesting changes to existing vendors’ information. The vendors must already be the system and should already have an assigned vendor number. This form may be used to request a change of information for any type of vendor (including employees and social benefit recipients).
